Supposedly in Korea they have found a way to both minimise "wrong doers" and the make good use of Paparazzi - Pay the Paparazzi to take snaps of "wrong doers".
Just when you thought is was safe to do a little shop-lifting...
Just make sure no-one has their mobile phone whe you do.

I was more tickled by the specific use of the Paparazzi. I know of many shops around Perth that use the Photo-of-shame technique, but it is usually Security Cameras.
