To pursue or to wait
This time of year, things are somewhat unpredictable so a little patience may be called for. On the other hand, following with a phone call or email may show an admirable attitude in yourself. The base rule of thumb, do not wait for too long.
Also, you may want to check their open hours for this time of year.
