Acting classes?

I'm looking for some serious acting classes based in Melbourne, preferably in the city area. I've been at the National Theatre and Centrestage - I'm looking for something along those lines. Not too many games, adult classes would be good. Something with a really good teacher. Also, I'm wanting to do some amateur theatre but I'm struggling to find a place that's near the western suburbs or city area.
Any ideas would be great.
