Searching for short One Act...

The lovely little town I live in has just reformed its Drama Group. I am in charge of our first production (my very first as a producer...)It is a Variety night to be held mid Jan. 2008...I have searched and searched (probably all the wrong places) for a comedy/melodrama/type/ very short -as in around 10 minutes- play! The actors for this are aged 12-16- a small cast- 3m and 4F(not all need to be in this play). Can anybody help? It needs to be family appropriate, but still interesting for the kids!
