i'm setting up a theatre company, any advice?

i am a secondary school student doing my third year of vce (victorian certificate of education), and me and a few of my friends in my theatre studies class are planning to set up a theatre company. the current plan we have for it is to start off running workshops exploring different types of theatre, and also to do some commedia dell'arte stuff where we'll each have our own character that we'll develop and create skits for. does anyone have any advice about how to go about this, and also how to take it out into the community and set up, funnily enough, a community theatre company? if anyone out there has any stories about how they set up companies, or even how they organised more than 5 people to be in the same room at the same time, email me and tell me because i'm eager to know. thanks!1
