You used to have to name Death Trap as "Ira Levin's Death Trap" by Ira Levin. I don't know if that is still true. I have still never heard of having to declare your amateur status. Is this a state law or a requirement of the license holders? It certainly does not seem to apply in SA. Is that all there is?
