Needing experience Please

I am wanting to get some advice on how to get into the industry. I use to perform, Dance and Skate when i was younger in Victoria and have been away from the scene for a few years. I would like to get some very small parts in upcoming plays, however everything here seems to be advertising for lead roles.

Could someone please help point me in the right direction to be able to get some small parts in the industry.
