The actors are each on a two-year contract, with full holiday pay and sick leave. They are contracted for seven productions: three this year, and four next. 
As if responding to an echo from her early experience with Cramphorn, Nevin has chosen "a disparate group". They range from the very experienced - such as Pamela Rabe, John Gaden and Peter Carroll - to actors of a wide theatrical and film experience, such as Deborah Mailman and Brandon Burke, to the very new, like Martin Blum and Amber McMahon.
