URGENT CABARET RECASTING
Wed, 24 Jan 2001, 04:02 pmSCARP Theatre Company's production of CABARET is currently in production for performances from the 6 - 16 March, 2000.
The production hosts a highly talented and energetic cast and live 5-piece professional band and will be performed at the high-profile Aberdeen Hotel, Northbridge in association with The Red Lion and the WA AIDS Council.
The director - that's me - urgently requires strong expressions of interest for the role of the german/jew grocer Herr Shultz, which is having to be recast due to a performers relocation overseas.
Shultz is approximately 60 years old, although at this stage I will consider a male performer of 30+ who is able to hold a tune (Shultz is by no means a demanding musical role) who would be prepared to join a highly motivated cast in this exciting theatre venture. Additional rehearsals can be arranged to 'fasttrack' the actor.
