ITA Annual General Meeting
Wed, 24 Jan 2001, 01:33 pmThe 2001 Annual General Meeting of the Independent Theatre Association of WA Inc.
will be held on SUNDAY FEBRUARY 11 th at 2 pm
Venue: City West Lotteries House, 2 Delhi Street, W. Perth.
all clubs and individual members have been sent notice of this.
Notices of any motions should be sent to the ITA Office, address as above by January 26th.
Nomination forms for commitee are available from the office also.
Note: all nominees must be either financial individual members of the ITA or financial members of member clubs.
Nominations may be sent to the office. In the event of insufficient nominations being received prior to the meeting, nominations will be accepted from the floor on the day.
Norma Davis (Secretary)
Some new faces will be needed on the committee this year.
In particular we need a Newsletter Editor and Writer.
The LINK can be done in the ITA office, we have both Pagemaker and Publisher set up on the office computer.
There is also a high-speed photo-copier, with collater to print off the copies.

Wed, 24 Jan 2001, 10:12 pmHi Norma, I sent you an E-mail the other day but have not received a reply. Stan and I would like to vote by proxy (through you?) because we will be away on the 11/2. How do we go about this? We both have one vote each (individually) plus one vote each on behalf of Harbour Theatre = 4 votes. Can you vote for us? Is this E-mail enough authority?
