Volunteer amateur actors needed
For a short suspense film
This is a University standard project to be submitted to Tropfest 2006
A three student group named SEAHORSE are undertaking third year Multimedia studies at Monash University Berwick and require:
A lead Female
Age 17 to 24.
A lead Male
Age 19 to 25. Preferably 5’10” plus in height. Must have drivers license
A supporting female
Age 16 to 20. Preferably of a petite stature. Character will not have many face shots and will be shot mostly in darkness. It is important for this character to act creepy.
The short film (approx 7 minutes) will be submitted to the Tropfest film festival in 2006 and is a great chance to get some exposure at a well recognised event. This will be a fun experience for all involved.
Applicants need to be available between Thursday the 1st of September 2005 and Thursday the 6th of October 2005. Total time contribution including auditions, run throughs and actual filming will be no more than 20 hours. Applicants must have previous acting experience and have an interest in making a suspense short film.
