Michael McLaren
Following the final few weeks of MichaelÂ’s time at school we are caught up in his world of day-dreams and fantasy as Michael attempts to escape the pressures of adolescent life. Journeys through the renaissance, walking the plank of pirate justice, work experience as a superhero and the quintessential penguin parade lead Michael to some important discoveries about himself and the pressures everybody is facing. The climax occurs as Michael listens to the words of wisdom garnered from his various journeys and takes hold of his own destiny, gets the girl and rides off into the sunset.
