Anywho, I like Sci-fi, Fantasy, and Medieval-ish movies the best, mainly family movies, movies with sex in them are evil, EVIL! SUCH PURE EVIL! YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TR- Uh, whee, I'm random. And I'm most likely wasting peoples time :D Anyways, Invader Siaarn, signing off.
PS: I'm serious about acting. No, really.

Oh, by the way, I live in Sydney, and I'd prefer to not have to leave this state if I'm gonna be in a movie, I don't like planes..

Well screw you, I just have an insane sense of humour. I'm not scared of being taught how to act, I just don't like being around lots of other kids cuz I KNOW they'll make fun of me. So @!#$ you, go make some other people depressed.

Re: Looking for MONEY, like everyone else.
Well hello my name's Craig and I'm 35.9 and I'm a male, well you probably guessed that because I'm bald...and well the thing is I really really REALLY want money. I'd really love to have some money because I think I'd be really good at spending it - I've been spending money ever since I was about 6 years old. Also I'm building a house and so I really NEED to have money. I can spend money in any denomination, coins or notes, and I also do cheque books and credit cards. I can even do foreign currencies if the price requires it.
I know there are lots of people out there my age who are spending money but I really really want the chance to prove myself; give me your money and let me spend it! Trust me you won't regret it. My economics teacher at school said I was the best at spending money and there was never any change left over, that proves how good I am!
I don't like banks much or anything to do with savings and investments. I'm also tax-ophobic. And I'm not very good at adding up, but I have my own wallet! Please give me some money.
Yours,
Craig
PS The best things in life are free but you can give them to me. I want your money.

Re: Looking for MONEY, like everyone else.
Hi Craig
What an amazing coincidence ! Here I am , a multi millionaire, just surfing around a few websites and I happen to pop on to this one ( I have seen the odd theatre show, sometimes very odd) and I saw your post.
Well, I looked at the other people's postings and saw that they really need a theatre director to pop on here during a few spare minutes and see the enormous potential that these people have ( from a tiny email posting, mostly misspelled and grammatically awful, but I guess that doesn't matter anymore these days).
However you were different! You simply needed money or indeed just wanted it. Well Craig, as I am indeed a multi millionaire, I will give you the money you want. Easy as that.
However, if you don't mind, I will wait until the other people have all scored their roles in Hollywood from the benevolent theatre directors who are going to come along and give someone they have never seen a starring role. I am sure that that will happen soon, so when it does, the money is yours!
I am so glad I saw your posting. I was trying to work out what to do with all this money, thank you for helping me.

Wow! I am so excited! Someone has promised to give me some money, and this was my very first time begging!
However, I am a bit worried about my chances with this multi-millionaire. She promises she will give me money once a theatre director from Hollywood gives someone here a role... just because they ask for one.
The trouble is, I have NEVER seen a director from ANYWHERE do this, on this or ANY OTHER website. Do you think this multi-millionaire is genuine?
Also, in her letter to me she asked me to send her my signature and my credit card details. Isn't that a bit sleazy? Oh well, I suppose it's alright because I see so many people here get asked to send photos and telephone numbers, and there doesn't seem anything wrong with that.
Does anyone know of a good Accountant they can suggest to represent me? Should I join Members Equity?
I think now I have had this offer I will be packing up my piggybanks and moving from Perth to where the BIG spending work is...New York, or London, or ...or...Zurich! Yes, I'm going to make it big in a Swiss bank, or a stockbroking firm! Look out for me in the Financial reviews!
Cheers,
Craig

Re: Looking for MONEY, like everyone else.
Hi Craig
You don't need to join Members Equity or have an accountant or anything. Don't worry about any of that. If you have put your name on here and asked for money, well I guess that means that you want some.
Everyone who puts their name on here asking for an acting job is obviously really talented and really special and very accomplished. I guess that they all have agents and are just really upset that the agents aren't doing their job, so they have decided to go and get a job themselves, from someone they dont know, from someone they know nothing about and from someone who may not actually even be who they say they are.
I am sure that everyone on here is who they say they are though. I mean everyone uses their correct names and people seem to be quite happy to put their phone numbers on here and contact details etc, so I guess I should learn to trust people more.
So Craig, trust me! When all these guys get their big break in hollywood from tarantino, or howard,or SS himself or Lucas or any one of a number of big time directors who have all abandoned the tried and true method of auditioning and decided to pop on to an australian theatre website in the hope of finding the next "big star", then I will give you the money!

The best show i've ever seen.
I don't think I'll bother going out to a play again, when I can get such a laugh out of this!

I don't know David, I think what you said there is about what most others would have been thinking. It's just that you actually had the gumption to put it in writing.
I guess the main ingredient lacking from these posters is a huge helping of "the big wide world" and all that it has to teach us in the way of "it ain't that easy".
The world of hard knocks will dawn upon them eventually - at least we hope it will.
