acting job

I am 15 years old and love acting, but have not been able to do much of it as of yet. I am wondering if you can work in a theatre when your 15 and how cause i feel like every1 is making it and i am not
it will be great if i could make it my family and friends a depending on my to make it to the big time or just acting on stage
