Phoenix Theatre, Perth's newest Community Theatre group require the assistance of all manner of backstage personnel. Costumes Assistants, Stage Hands, Assistant Stage Manager, Painters, Setbuilders.

But most of all, we need people that are willing to help us create and maintain a new theatre and mount our very first performance.

Uh Hello!
‘m a 58 year old, I think? I,m looking to be a theatre person!
I have done a lot of things around the place, I have always wanted to be on the ground floor, however I will need some assistance to stand up again?
I have had 5 strokes & an Aneurysm, I smoke but donÂ’t drink any thing stronger than caffeine!

I think I can use a tech gun, if my license has not expired?

IÂ’m visually impaired but can read a script, if it is large print, however I have difficulty handling a cup of coffee in my left hand, while attempting to write with my right hand at the same time!- because I end up wearing it!
Also I better tell you though, IÂ’m liable to get night blindness, unless I can carry a large Maglite with me at all times!

Further I have to have my cane with me, if IÂ’m standing a long time!

Oh yeah! My attention span while on any 'stand by cue', is reduced unless I can have a smoke between being ‘n cue’, I can supply my own exhauste system fan if this helps, but I would need assistance with lighting up the smoke in windy conditions - I’m your man - I don’t drive so is there someone that could give me a lift to Hamilton Hill?

So if ldon't mind any ike me, that has at least 2 feet & an occassional heart beat - Can I ring the Phoenix Theatre in hamilton hil Cockburn?
I believe that the senior's theatre - is just a front for a normal younger one?
