Free Photography
Thu, 24 Feb 2005, 12:40 pmI am a photographer wishing to branch out into stage and concert performances. however I need to build a portfolio of work first. So if your interested in having your dress rehearsal or show photographed at no cost , I will make all images available to you for your own promotions. This is not a request for work.
I am in the middle of a career change from Accountant to Photographer, I have recently graduated from Photography Studies College and majored in photojournalism. I would like to branch out into Stage, Sports, Live Events ect the only major stumbling block at this stage is to get authorised access.

Such a darn shame you are not in Western Australia. I could guarantee you would have more "transitional" work than you would know what to do with. Another huge bonus would be if you were able and prepared to film "budget" video or DVD recordings of performances. (Purely for distribution to the casts and crews of shows as a keepsake, not as a saleable item.) Food for thought?
