The Reality Bites Technique Development Program draws together techniques from Sanford Meissner, Lee Strasberg and Constantin Stanislavsky into one comprehensive professional training program. The program offers a scientific examination of the mechanics of the actor's craft and a diverse practical training regime built on the principle of creating performance grounded in truth.
Classes guide students through a detailed exploration of action, reaction, feeling, thought, the pursuit of objectives, emotional preparation, script analysis, scene-work and characterisation. The program also encompasses a module devoted exclusively to acting for camera and screentest audition technique.
Classes run in 8 week terms. Term 1, 2005 commences January 31. Now enrolling.
