Hey Grant!

I've just put in auditions for January next year, but I can't seem to locate them anywhere after I've done them...
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Paul.

It's a quirk in the 'tick the calendar' format of entering information. You would find the same thing if you were entering dates for a show than ran in both December and January...the web engine isn't ready to click over to 2005 yet.

Your auditions are probably listed for 11 months ago, rather than next month!

The calendar entry engine wasn't really designed for anything but a standard short production. You can't enter dates more than one month in advance, and it also jacks up if you try to re-enter a recurring performance over several dates. (ie. everytime I relist The Big Hoo Haa once a week...I can only do two months at a time, I can't do next January yet, and I have to keep copying and relisting what is essentially the same information. Also, it won't let you account for differences in start times.)

Ticking the dates is a simple form of entering the info, but it might be more expedient to have a different form which allows you to enter the times, dates and year in a more specific fashion.
Again, I wish I had half an idea of how websites are designed and constructed...!

Cheers,
Craig
