Most feature films, you will find, are casting through casting agents which then filter down through to Theatrical agents.
Very few actually head hunt for unknowns that "look" the part.
Best bet, get yourself a theatrical agent, then work from there.
PS a tip for looking for agents . . . . some may be full, some may be too busy, and our industry has fallen on it's knees . . . dont take no for an answer if you really want an agent. (they like it when prospective clients go that little extra mile when showing what they can do)
