Urgently required: Male actor for Perth short

We urgently require a male actor in his 20Â’s for a short film, Afterlove, to be shot next week. We have already cast three of the four roles but still need an actor to play the other leading role, Brad. Although the role is unpaid, itÂ’s a great opportunity to gain some experience in a dramatic, character-driven film (and score a free lunch or two).

Synopsis:

Lisa and Brad, a young, happy couple, are involved in a horrific car accident and wake up on a surreal beach, unsure of their whereabouts. Meanwhile in a suburban hospital, LisaÂ’s mother must decide whether to let her daughter pass away peacefully or allow an experimental procedure to be performed that could save her but leave her in agony and render her almost brain dead. As Lisa and Brad enjoy their time together and explore their strange surroundings, LisaÂ’s mother must decide the fate of her daughter.

Brad: 20Â’s.
Happily in love with Lisa and somewhat of a romantic.


Shooting Details:

The role requires three shooting days: 19th of October at sunrise, the afternoon of the 20th of October and another day that is still to be confirmed. Shooting will take place on a beach near Rockingham for the first two days and at another location yet to be confirmed.
