My Name is Johan Smit and I am here to mention a great service and concept in Perth.
Everyone knows that getting fit and remaining fit is becoming increasingly difficult today. TIME, MOTIVATION, CLOTHES and most importantly where to start. I maybe able to help and solve that problem. I am a Lifestyle Coach, I can help with Nutrition, Personal Training, I can help you relax or even get you in the shape you need for that next Audtion and/or Acting role and MOTIVATION. Lets face it, some of us just need a boost.
What I am offering ITA Perth Actors, Directors and Writers is a TWO HOUR appraisal and Lifestlye check and you do not PAY or Go anywhere.

We can discuss any issues you may have with your current training and any nutritional advise that I may be able to help you with..
I come to you with all equipment and music, you just supply the water and a towel for yourself.
