actress in need of work experience!

Im a fourteen year old and am in year 9 at Gynmea Technology High School in Sydney,NSW.Next year we get to do work experience and I decided to get started on looking for it now so I can make sure I get to do what i want.Plz can U tell me of any theatre companies in Sydney that take people for work experience
