All Saints Casting Director - Comes to the Blue Room

The Film & Television Studio International, together with Showcase Australia, is very excited to announce the Casting Director for AustraliaÂ’s Number One Multi Logie Award Winning Drama ALL SAINTS, is coming to PERTH on Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 November, 2004.

Peta Einberg is the next major Casting Director to hit Perth following the huge success of the STINGERS Workshop with Nine Network Casting Director, Karen Newman. This is Peta’s first visit to Perth and a select group of actors will be given the fantastic opportunity to meet, greet, and showcase their talents to this Sydney based Casting Director from Maizels Casting Group – responsible for casting major feature films, including LANTANA (starring Barbara Hershey), as well as television commercials and telemovies, including Bryce Courtney’s JESSICA, recently aired on Network Ten, and the latest Lindy Chamberlain Story, THROUGH MY EYES, starring Miranda Otto of Lord of The Rings fame.

You will receive guidance on how to connect with the director, casting director, or producer, as well as the other actor who you are reading with. As a result, you will learn how to perform with confidence when screen testing.

WORKSHOP OUTLINE

- What does a Prime Time National Casting Director look for in a screen test?
- Get valuable feedback on your performance from a casting professional, who has cast hundreds of actors in some of AustraliaÂ’s leading films, miniseries, prime time soaps and dramas.
- In this hands-on practical workshop, you will learn all about screen testing and how YOU can improve your audition technique.
- Learn all about industry etiquette and how to market yourself as an actor.
- You will also have the opportunity to personally give your headshot (photograph) and CV to the All Saints Casting Director.
- Want to get into Television? Peta Einberg will tell you how to go about doing it.
- Worked professionally in Television? Get your performance evaluated and see what level youÂ’re at. Build your CV and get a different opinion.
