OPEN PERFORMANCE NIGHT??

I am looking for somewhere that i can get up and perform in front of an audience....like an open mic night - but for singing etc? Are there music clubs around perth or theatre companies that hold little concerts that you can perform at?
Any help would be much appreciated.
