Hey everyone. i am a 14 yr old girl from adelaide south aus and i desprately want an acting job...... i have been told i have alot of talent.
*dark brown hair
* hazel eyes
*tall
*i will do what i am told
*very talented
i have recently landed a large role in our schools production. i can play any role i am given and i would absolutely love a career in acting.

I will follow all directions that will be given and do what I have to do.

Hahaha its what happens when u press the insult button.........maybe u should try it sometime. I am over myself unlike the majority of kids here who think by posting about themselves they r gonna be a star. It takes a lot of hard work and this is not your answer. No-one is magically going to make your dreams come true, you should realise that NOW! If you want something badly enough (like you all say) you will go out there and get it. Push yourself, try everything, never give up.

I think you need to CHILL! You will get A LOT of knockbacks in this industry if you want to make a serious go of it. You cant be annoyed by every little one! I was just making a point.......sorry if you didn't understand it.

Can you ALL PLEASE stop posting useless information on this website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you live in America, read before you start posting requests for auditions. This is an AUSTRALIAN website, get it??

And even if you do live in Australia, posting a request for an audition will do NOTHING. There is an "Auditions" drop down menu which lists auditions for community theatre in your state then go from there......it's not that hard!!!!

Hmmm....as much as I agree with your advice to these generally pointless posts, sometimes there are exceptions to the rule: Someone actually just emailed me and offered me a role..!

The difference is, I didn't waste their time in the first place by just posting my vitalstatistics in a random thread. I was out there actually making myself worthy of emailing.

That's my advice to everybody who has posted similar 'x year old wants job' messages....if we don't immediately recognise your name and talent by reading your post, you're doing yourself a big disservice and wasting everyone's time. Find other means to get out there, get experience, and get known, so when you post your name here everyone's already seen you in something.

Of course, by then you'll realise that the step of posting your details is no longer necessary....

no i am for teen magizine for the U.S. it talks about what they like or like the 2 girls that got fat in a year from mcdonalds. I dont take the pictures any ways i guess you never heard of teen magizine it really just talks about a teens life and regular magizine ads these books have to run through the system every page before printing so there cant be any nudes. Any way i could never take picture of kid porn.

Sorry, but I'm not convinced.

If I were a photographer for an American magazine I doubt that I'd be trawling an Australian theatre website to find subject models.

If I'd had a legitimate offer I would have posted it under a new topic heading, not a reply to Genie's request to 'Stop It' under a subject heading about 14 year old girls.

I would have presented more credentials than something that seemed like a dodgy personals pick up line.

I'd not have posted another message from the same IP address calling myself "Craig's boss" to seem like someone in authority.

I'd not have posted a message that merely said, "@!#$ AUSTRALIANS".

And I would think that anyone who worked for a publication called 'Teen Magazine' would at least know how to spell it.

But then, that's just me.

I am 5'5 brown eyes, dark brown hair, just graduated from Barbizon Modeling and Acting school and I am ready to pursue my acting and modeling career. I follow directions extremly well, andd all my life have love acting, I just finished one of the lead roles in Annie, Grace. I forgot to mention I am a mixed girl, mixed between black and white.
