i'm a thirteen year old girl who loves acting, and would like to be in a tv show. i live in Victoria, but can easily travel where ever. i am tall blonde hair, and quite thin.

What you need to do is get an agent, which is someone who can represent you, put you forward for jobs, and who knows the industry. You can't get work on T.V without an agent, and to get an agent you need to get some photos done and write up a C.V of what acting experience you have had (if any). You then, with your parents, call some different agencys, don't go to someone who is going to make you pay an up front fee of some ridiculous amount of money or any of the ones that advertise in the newpapers. Some will ask you to prepare a monologue to perform for them so they can get an idea of your ability, these are often the more reputable agencies because they don't sign up just anybody onto their books. Always ask how many people they represent because if they tell you 1000 they can't properly represent you with that many people to deal with. Once you are represented you can be put forth for auditions for television.
