Both plays are poetic explorations of femininity, humanity and sexuality in modern society. They are character-driven rather than narrative driven. The characters are rich and identifiable but placed in environments that come from our very imaginations.
UNBECOMING
Unbecoming is an adult fairytale about personal bondage and emotional liberation. Micah, a young woman, is waiting for someone. But while she waits a strange and mysterious character, Redhed, stays near her, talking in riddles. Micah, a loner who feels strange and sinful, is inextricably linked to Redhed. MicahÂ’s repression soon comes to a head when the visitor finally arrives. With the visitation comes the exorcism of her innermost feelings and desires. Maybe she is not as alone and as strange as she is being led to believe?
EAT UP
A one woman show, Eat Up uses humour, poetry and powerful characterisations to draw the audience into a range of identities that challenge and subvert accepted stereotypes. Eat Up takes the audience on a journey of self-realisation. On the surface it is a compelling portrayal of unusual people struggling to find their place, while working on a deeper level to question our accepted socio-sexual politics and bring to light our own personal place. What do we all have on the end of our forks? What are we made to swallow? Will you Eat Up?

Hi, I'm interested in auditioning for Unbecoming.
I'm nearly 19 years old. I have recently relocated from Hobart to pursue acting. I was heavily into acting at high school and matric, performing in a number of ameature performances. I have only been in Sydney for a few weeks. I'm looking to do courses. I have also been a part of a short film, heading for the Taronto film festival, and am in a student film, shooting next week.
I look forward to hearing from you,
please contact me on either number,
