Lighting OP/SM/PM wanted - melbourne
Fri, 27 Feb 2004, 07:25 amAfter a highly successful season of "Twelfth Night" in 2003, Chambers is staging a May prouduction of "Much Ado About Nothing" at Theatreworks, St Kilda. We require someone to primarily act as Stage Manager and Lighting Op. during the run of the show and to do some Production Management during the rehearsal period (shared with two others).
We are a profit share company of professional actors and made a healthy profit from last years production, which ensured an excellent return share per person.
Tonnes of experience isn't necessary, although you must have a basic understanding of the rigging, plotting and operating of theatrical lighting. (SM and PM duties wont be extensive) You will need to come onboard no later than mid march a few hours a week.
