Then go and look for them.
No one will come beating a path to your door unless you are really well known in the industry and with LOTS of experience (and even then).
You may find several theatre groups on this website who advise that they are going to be holding auditions at a particular time(s) but the rest is up to you to go to them, they don't come to you.
