Just thought I'd let you know about the new term classes being conducted by a friend of mine - they are probably the best valued classes being offered.
EMOTION INTENSIVE WORKSHOP
with Clarence White

Learn to stimulate your emotions on cue. Learn to harness the power within to create breathtaking emotional scenes and powerful drama which people will want to watch.
Over six weeks participants will undergo an intensive introduction to EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUES based on the teachings of Stanislavsky & Lee Strasberg.
Participants will examine a new emotional technique each week through exercises and improvisation. Class sizes are limited to ensure maximum time for each client.
Limited places. Book now. Cost : $200. Duration: 8 weeks.
Start: Week commencing Feb 2nd, 2004. Enrolment deadline Mon Jan 19th.

TECHNIQUE & ON-CAMERA WORKSHOP
Technique, Scene-work, On-Camera & Screentest Skills
Our CASTING COUCH group, as it is affectionately called, is designed to provide an opportunity to hone and develop on-camera skills, screentest skills, scene-work process and general acting technique. The workshop emphasises the importance of PREPARATION and is designed to cater for a spectrum of skill levels.
A scene is provided each week for participants to prepare. Scripts gradually increase in difficulty over 8 weeks. Structured, technical feedback designed to help build and streamline your process & technique step by step.
Cost : $200. Duration: 8 weeks.
Start: Week commencing Feb 2nd, 2004. Enrolment deadline Mon Jan 19th.
