Is there an agent out there?

Can anyone recommend me any acting, casting or extra agencies who would take someone on board without actually seeing any of their previous work. Anywhere within the victorian region would be much appreciated.

Any casting agent you go to will want to see how good you are. Usually they get you to perform a piece. If they take you on without seeing you act RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Sure you'll be in their books but thats where you'll stay. A proper agent will want the best people in his books so the harder you have to try and the more they want you to do, the better.
