Animal Farm Auditions On Now

Adaptation By: Ian Woolridge (Australian Premiere)
Season: Tom Mann Theatre, Surry Hills, March 19-28, 2004
Director: Clarence Dany (NIDA)
Wanted: multicultural cast of farmyard animals, 18 y.o.+
Auditions: Sat 22 November 2004 9:15 am – 1:15 pm
Sat 29 November 2004 9:15 am – 1:15 pm
Bookings are essential.
The selection panel will be examining all applying farmyard animals in herds of 5 –10 at a time.
The selection process will take approximately one hour.
Animals will be given warm up exercises before doing a combination of improvisation activities and displaying their individual talents. Be prepared to have fun and interact with fellow animals!
Location: Rooms 9 & 10, ACON Building, 9 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills.
Production Type: This project is funded from a government grant, corporate sponsorship and the community. Actors are unpaid and the production team are volunteers. The Director is professional and the creative team is experienced (all from NIDA). This is your opportunity to work with a great group of artists in a unique quality production.
Rehearsals are two days a week (after hours) increasing as production gets closer.
