im an award winning 1 act playwright, here just to blow my own trumpet. i have several one act plays available for performance. ranging from farce, comedy to drama.

"Typecast by tim rockk." (5 males 2 females)
(finalist in the crossing borders playwrighting competiton - salem u.s.a and 2nd prize winner in the camberwell playwrighting competition - melbourne victoria)
The play takes place with the "Pegasus Performing Players"
performing Murder most Unpleasant, a dreadful Who-done-it and it
is performed badly. Luckily for the P.P.P. we find out it is only
a rehearsal, but in Brian's case, the director, it turns out to
be the rehearsal from hell!

"Three by tim rockk" (1 male 3 females)
(3rd prize winner in the camberwell playwrighting competition - melbourne, victoria)
Being married can be a trying time and so can becoming a parent. But what if your married to 3 women who are all having babies in the same hospital at the same time. Has Robert got himself in too deep or is the fun and games yet to start.

"Somewhere in France by tim rockk" (4 males 2 females)
(finalist in the ararat one act play festival - ararat victoria)
AN ANTIWAR DRAMA set in ww1 IN ONE ACT
What is war?
What is honour?
What is death?
War + Honour + death = stupidity!

"Chasing the rainbow by tim rockk" (1 male 2 females)
(A very funny "gay" comedy about love, friends and the effects of tequila.)
Old friends from uni, reminise about old times but this is cut short with the arrival a jealous roomate. After some heated arguements and lots of drinking the night main focus seems to be on the physical attraction between the two female cast members and this is obvious throughout the play. the evening is filled with confessions and embarassing situations and also the shock annoucement of a fatal illness. The comedy never lets up even during the pathos moments, love and friendship doesnÂ’t have a sexual preference, just more love and more friends.

four by tim rockk (4 males)
(latest finished script)
The 4 horseman of the apocalypse pass the time while they wait for the world to end so that they can reek havoc on our world. But that image is shattered when we see they are just like you and me.Having the same problems with arguments, dealing with idiots and discussing normal conversation topics like party food and the theatre. Just because we have this ‘picture’ of what scary things are, doesn’t mean they are like that all the time.

-------------

my royalties are very reasonable.

my plays are also ideal for play competitions.

so if your group is after any of these one act plays please dont hesitate for a perusel copy.

ps. i can also write plays to suit your group. you may already have an idea brewing and need someone to fill in the blanks.

cheers
