Any Companys out west sydney?

Hi .... i love acting.... and i was a member of a theatre company that closed down only a year ago.... and i have missed acting.... and have not noticed any acting companys out west nere mt druitt/penrith/blacktown only dancing .... and im looking for a company that is nere by and that teachers young people how to act... becoz i certanly know my friends will join up with me.... could u please get back to me ASAP my email address is Nickstar_86@hotmail.com

Sorry, I do not know of any companies out in that area. However, I feel the same way about the opportunities available to the children growing up in rural NSW, who are unable to get involved in such activities.

I live in Orange NSW, and although I want to be able to join an acting company, there are none in the area. I think it is appalling that only those people living in the major cities can have such terrific facilities and opportunities available to use and get involved in. All I have ever wanted to do was to be able to act professionally, but the isolation I have from the necessary facilities to follow this dream have stopped me from being able to do so.

As a 15 year old, I am beginning to believe that I am becoming to old to pursue this, as I would be seen as being too inexperienced. However, if anyone has any suggestions of ways in which I could achieve this goal of acting or know of any acting companies I could get involved in, please let me know. You should try Mountains Youth Theatre. They have a class in Penrith aswell as places in the Blue Mountains. It's a really good company and every class gets a chance to perform. They have many opportunities so I suggest you try there.
