Help me please!!!

my name is steph, i live in Queensland, i'm 13 years old, and i really would LOVE to get into acting. It has been my dream to be watching myself in a movie(an australian movie to begin with)
I have done a few acting courses and have been in a few school plays.
Heaps of people have complemented me on my talent and that has made me all the more eager.
So please, if you know of any Auditions around my area(Brisbane/Caloundra), then please, please help me. Also if you know of any sites i could go to, to help me aswell.

If you want to do movies, the best thing you can do is get yourself an agent. There are heaps around, especially in the Yellow Pages and most don't advertise. Even better, go with one who is recommended to you. They will want you to send a photo and a resume of any previous experience or talent. Most agents will charge you a fee to have your photo taken and be put on their 'books' for a year that gets sent to all the TV/movie producers and take a percentage of your earnings as commission. The most you will get is probably extra work, which you will have to get days off school for, but it's a start! If you're lucky, you can get sent to auditions for ads, movies and TV series.
I'm 19 and live in Melbourne and had a bit of work when I was with an agent for a year. Some of my friends have done ads and even been on Neighbours. Good luck with whatever you do!!
