gigslist.org Jobs in arts
Wed, 22 May 2002, 02:24 amAbout gigslist.org
I spent four years research surfing and wrote three production business directories before I started gigslist.org/ one for Australia, one World Wide, and one for SF. I still surf many hours a week as part of the service. gigslist.org members suggested subscriptions to keep the research going. Many of the aspects and services of gigslist.org are from members suggestions, I respect my members as gigslist.org is their resource.
I also have 20 years hands on experience in arts and entertainment production, and administration. The gigslist.org mission is to help people in arts with an employment resource that is useful in a real way. gigslist.org not only has the largest continually growing list of arts job sites and mailing lists on the planet I also send out hundreds of fresh jobs and their sources every week. It is not just a job list it is also a research and learning tool where even the most seasoned proffessionals have learnt something new.
gigslist.org is $4.95 per week for the job lists. Or you can access the job site and mailing list directory for $34.95 per year and do the surfing yourself. I can not post all the jobs I find as there are way too many.
gigslist.org is one of the few subscription arts job sites that has genuine good press. I have a great love for the arts in all it's aspects, that is how gigslist.org came to be.
