US student studying theatre - will graduate in May

I am looking into acting/theatre opportunities in Austrailia. I am thinking I want to move there after graduation. I have been studying drama/theatre specificly acting but am flexible to take any position in the theatre. If anyone can help me here, at what I should so to look for these jobs, and also eventually housing etc. And to tell me about the culture etc. Thanks!!
