Male actors needed for 2nd year student production
Wed, 3 Oct 2001, 02:49 pmAs part of our film course at Edith Cowan University (Perth, W.A.)
we once again are desperate for you to come forward and lend
us your support. After completion, all actors involved will recieve
a copy of our edited production for their 'showreel', as well as
exposure in local film screenings. It is entirely non-profit, and
produced on a shoe-string budget, but by the same token,
professionalism can be assured.
Right now my group is in pre-production, for a script
entitled "Dave's House".
We require:
MICK: A raggedy criminal who breaks into Dave's house but likes
what he sees a little too much and decides to settle in (kind of a
modern-day goldilocks).
DAVE: A middle aged police officer, medium build who comes
home to find all his belongings loaded up in Mick's van, about to
be "aquired". Very fatherly and in control.
JASON: Dave's next door neighbor who wanders into the house,
seeing Mick making himself at home, assumes he's the new
border. Bit of a dag/derro can't see this character doing any
work whatsoever, a sponge.
If this is of any interest to anyone out there, i can get a copy of
the script out to you ASAP, Thanks.
