Drama Teacher wanting work

I'm becoming quite a regular here!
I'm planning on opening up my own drama school, and I was wondering if anyone out there knew of any cheap hall/rooms that would be ideal to hold a couple of classes a week in the north of the river area...in this little ol' Dramatic arts dead town of Perth where young 'uns are finding it difficult to find places to express their talents I want to be able to give them somewhere to get experience all year round...plus I get a lot of fun out of it too *grin*
Otherwise if anyone is looking for a drama teacher I'd love to hear from you!!
