Hi all,
Busselton rep desperately needs a copy of the Sondheim play "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum". I believe we've already tried ITA's library but their copy has disappeared into the ether.
Please, please, I implore you - we have a group of actors desperately wanting to work but lacking the script to bring the whole thing together. Can you help???
E-mail me if you can and a chocolate Freddo may be yours!!!

"Stand aside, I take large steps!"

Hey Murray, I may have your problem solved...
I think I do have a copy buried somewhere on my bookshelf!

How do you want me to get it to you...

RE: WANTED: Script-A Funny Thing....

Hmmm, good question. If you trust me to return it in one piece you could post it to me at 18 Triller Close, Busselton, WA 6280.
Failing that, e-mail me personally with a contact number and I will be in Perth this weekend and can probably photocopy and return it the same day.
Whatever the case, many thanks Paul...you may have saved me from terminal winter apathy.

RE:

Tinkerbell,

Ever thought of opening your own Script Library? You seem loaded...er...so-to-speak. You wouldn't happen to have any David Williamson? (Again, so-to-speak).

Hail Hecate!
Queen of the Witches!
(or Witch of the Queens, whatever you prefer...)

Yes, okay, I have a very large and interesting, although hardly exhaustive 'script library'.

Lots of European stuff - Fo, Capek, The Greeks...
The only Williamson I have is 'Dead White Males'

Lots of Love

Tink!

RE: Scripts and things

Oddly enough, I have at least three David Williamson scripts. Un-oddly I am pissed again hence I can't be f*@+ed checking what titles. Any in particular? Will swap you one script for a steady girlfriend.

RE: Scripts and things

You're a very naughty boy Muzza! Keep that up and you'll be left with three scripts!

Righteo

I don't know whether to laugh or cry over the previous posts...
...I'll opt for laughter though as I'm a heartless beast of a thing.

Danké for the offer, although I must decline. I only accept offer's with free steak knives. However, a compromise can be made if I can get my friend drunk enough as you were on the 6th.

Well... What's her name??
Muzz and I could have a fight to the death over her...
Thanks for the music Muzz. It's all rather good. Very good in fact.
Sorry about Saturday too, I was rather ill. My pained body just wouldn't have coped with your sort of partying.

¤cough¤

I think Mr Webmaster may get a tad annoyed if we continue to take the 'Classifieds' section of this site a little too literally and begin exchanging our 1900 -XXX-XXX numbers.

Sure, it would be interesting for the little kiddies, but annoying for good ol' God.

I can survive without David Williamson scripts. As long as Tinkerbell is alive and near a pile of banana's, my entertainment source is fine.

Danké, nonetheless, for the offer, and I hope you meet my friend half-concious at a party someday. Her name is 'Bob', and she'll be delighted to make new friends.
