I need _actors_
Mon, 12 Mar 2001, 01:19 amThere appears to be some confusion over my casting requirements for "After Aida", the show I will be producing for Grads, Perth, in late June/early July.
"After Aida" is a play.
It is _not_ a musical.
It is _not_ an opera.
There is opera in the play, but these scenes are to be performed by five trained opera singers - who have already been cast, and accompanied by a highly-experienced pianist.
None of the five acting roles require any singing.
I hope this clears up any confusion.

ADVICE TO OTHER 16-17 YEAR OLD FEMALES: Don't talk to David. He'll get too excited, and start exchanging dirty emails with Dean Schulze and Jarrod Buttery. For Leoni...it may already be too late...

Leoni - David's play is long since cast, with nary a soul below 35 with the possible exception of the opera singers. Watch this web-site for audition details for up and coming shows around Perth. David will just try and rope you into his dodgy shows which no one wants to audition for anyway. Especially me.
