looking for an author.

I'm looking for the author of a one-act play called "Searchlights"
Apparantly it is in a book of 'the best Australian plays', year unknown.
There are 3 characters, the man, the woman, the soldier and is set in a 'Shrine of Remembrance'
Further than that I have no more information.
Any help with tracking this down will be MUCH appreciated.
So far I have tried_ Dominie, Frenchs-London, LISWA, Warner -Chappell and the Net to no avail as yet.Also does anyone know who the agent is for 'The Living Hell' by Anthony Booth?
Have also tried the above with this query.
