‘Lovebirds’ is the story of Edgar and Mabel, who is suffering from a terminal illness and has been given weeks to live. Edgar has decided to die with his wife, hand in hand. The film tracks the final day of their life, as they make their preparations for life after death. ‘Lovebirds’ is a love story as well as a moral fable.
