Disney Parks Talent Casting, in association with Oriental Land Company (OLC), is seeking Singers, Dancers, Female Aerialists and Disney Character Look-alikes for an incredible array of live entertainment at Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea® Park. Contracts that are between six to eight months begin in August/September of 2010. Performers receive $590 - $930 (US dollars) per week (depending on role and show), per diem, round trip travel, private apartments, 5-day work weeks, and the chance to experience one of the world’s most fascinating and vibrant cities. The Dance Factory 4-10 Yorkshire St. Richamond VIC 3121 Wednesday, 14 April 10 AM – Singers* Thursday, 15 April 10 AM – Dancers and Female Aerialists* Friday, 16 April 10 AM – Disney character look-alike performers* *Sign-in times are one hour prior to each audition. Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and willing to relocate to Tokyo for term of individual contracts. Please bring TWO non-returnable photos and resumes. Dancers: Should be strong in ballet and jazz; some roles require tap or tumbling. Please wear appropriate dance attire/shoes and be warmed up by the time listed. Females: 155cm – 170cm; Males: 165cm – 183cm. Singers: Please prepare two contrasting vocal selections (best 16 bars of each, you may be asked to sing only one) which reflect the style of the show for which you are auditioning. You must bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided. Be prepared to learn a movement combination. Disney Character Look-alike Performers: Engaging performers to portray our classic Disney Princes and Princesses; strong candidates should resemble the Characters in look, height and personality. Jess95, the person who posts this does not come back to check replies. Besides which, anything Disney does requires you to be at least 18 as far as I can recall. (As you can see from the ad, it requires you to move to Tokyo, not something a minor should or could do easily) Best you actually visit Disney's site and ask there. You won't get a reply here.
