ECU and The state library, Both have pretty comprehensive script collections.

BLITZ script
I went on the same search in 1987, and ultimately ended up working for Lionel Bart ! I have both the original London script and a slightly modified version for the 1990 NYT revival. The published one is close to the original with a few errors.

I ended up doing many arrangements for Andrew Jarrett's production. If I recall Andrew, we added "Mums and Dads" from a piano score, and a couple of other tunes that didn't make the cast album. Mind you, it was 25 years ago (1985).
