New Theatre Group - Melbourne Eastern Subs - One Act Play

Are you interested in joining a new theatre company? Interested in working with a director who likes to workshop scripts and give actors a chance for their imput. Like to be with a company that values fun and enjoyment? We are looking at performing at the following One Act Play festivals this year: Dandenong Ranges One Act Play Festival 16 - 18 July Ararat One Act Play Festival 31 July - 1 August HER MAJESTY'S THEATRE - ROYAL SOUTH STREET ONE ACT PLAY FESTIVAL 14 - 15 August Monash One Act Play Festival 17 - 19 September Rehearsals be Sunday afternoons. With Workshop on Saturday 20 or Sunday 21 March. We are looking for the following roles to be cast at this point in time: LUNA: late teens to early 20's belives that she is Luna Lovegood HAL: early 20's, a graduate student in physics, not an outstanding physical specimen. David Tennant Dr Who outfit. F.E.: early 20's, an earnest wallflower. Princess Leia white costume or Drusilla costume from Buffy. DARTH VADER: late 30's, costumed as the Star Wars character. SLAVE GIRL: appears to be in her late teens or early twenties. Scantily clothed and heavily made up, she wears chains on her wrists and looks as if she just stepped off the most lurid of sci-fi book covers. Perhaps Wonder Woman or Cat Woman costume.
