Fri, 29 Jan 2010, 02:37 pmMaybe you need to start looking at non-venues. There are plenty of places in Melbourne - restaurants and pubs included - that often allow performances in their space. I'd grab an old copy of a Melbourne Fringe Fest. or Comfest guide and thumb through, checking out all the venues listed and then try cold calling.
