CAMERA EQUIPMENT NEEDED!!

Hi all new to theatre australia. am looking for anyone hiring a Depth of Field adaptor for a Sony XDCAM EX. Or the whole thing with the camera... for a Music video that am planning to do right away. Can anyone help me on this. appreciate.. Tried Videocraft and they dont have any.. :( I just need to get a nice shallow depth of field.. think DOF adaptor's the thing for the job..! Thnx
