Calling all thespians!
It's that time of the year again [what time? ORIGINALS TIME!!] and SPX Waterdale Players Inc will be holding Auditions for Waterdale Originals 2009 "Free the Mimes" our short plays event!
Date: Monday 3rd August
Venue: St Pius X Hall, 431 Waterdale Road (Cnr Altona St) West Heidelberg.
Time: from 7.00pm
You will need to book a 10 minute audition time

please arrive 15 minutes prior to your audition time.
What do I need to do?
Auditions will be individual and roughly take 10 minutes each, you have the choice of either a monologue which you will perform for the audition panel or a two-person piece with someone from the audition panel performing opposite you. You can choose either part from the two-person piece.
Familiarise yourself with the piece you choose but you aren’t required to memorise it.
Both the Monologue and the two-person piece are available at www.waterdaleplayers.com
During the audition you may be asked by the panel of directors to convey certain emotions or situations using your audition piece, e.g “I want you to be angry”

Hello, I'm Petey, written by Gerri McBurney, Director Georgia Antonello
Eternal Love, written by Kevin Burgemeestre, Director Kevin Burgemeestre
Dr. Blasko, written by Mark Petrolo, Director Mark Petrolo
Sunset, written by Martin Dunlop, Director Martin Dunlop
Rehearsals will be held at St Pius X, 431 Waterdale Road (Cnr Altona St) West Heidelberg.
The performances will be held on 12th,13th and 14th of November at the Northcote town hall.
