Urgently seeking teen/young adult staff for young adult productions.

My name's Viv and I'm currently the one-girl-team behind Waverley Youth Productions, an up and coming enterprise of mine. What started off as puppet shows and mini plays for the kids turned from a hobby to a pet project, and now an obsession. WYP is located in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Mount Waverley, to be exact, hence the name).
Currently, I'm in preparation for Waverley Youth Productions first large-scale production ('The Life and Times of a Troubled Wonderchild'), and have realized just how demanding it is to fill all roles of the crew. Therefore, I am beseeching you to help me out - join my crew of scurvy and talented lads and lasses?
While I would truly love to find some young adults who would be willing to work with me voluntarily (i.e; WITHOUT PAY), just out of the enjoyment of theatre, I'm fine to settle a payment agreement upon starting work on a production.
Crew members I am currently looking for are;
Co-Director.
Musical Director.
Administrative Roles.
Marketing Publicist.
Choreographer.
Composer.
Costume Designer.
Makeup & Hair Artists.
Lighting/Set/Sound Design.
Graphic Designer [not completely necessary, but would be appreciated]
Props Manager.
Stagehand Technicians.
Wardrobe Supervisor.
Wardrobe Assistant.

Shades of times past.....
Whitehorse Musical Theatre which stages at the Besen started off in the 70's and reading your ad brought back memories of what we did and what has been done since.......... You will no doubt know of Whitehorse and they would be a good contact if not for hands and feet - perhaps - but some local expertise and affiliation if only in the pursuit of theatre.....

Pete - thanks for your help! I got into contact with Whitehorse Musical recently & they said they would be only too willing to help out should I need them, for sets, old hands, e.t.c.
And yes, I'll bear in mind to state my location - VICTORIA, MELBOURNE, S/E SUBURBS. :]
Karlae - I'm going quite well, actually! I've found a co-director, stage/lights/sound technician, and a wardrobe & makeup assistant, but more support would DEFINITELY be appreciated. Help with sets would also be appreciated :]
